How we collaborate with you
Regardless of if we are in the office or out in nature, we create a safe environment for you to work through the issues that you are facing. We use both traditional and alternative modalities to help you think creatively to discover the root cause of your issue, explore options to deal with the problem, select the best choice for you, and evaluate how well your selected choice is working for you.
Counselling - A process of working from the present to the past to identify unresolved traumas, hurts, or blockages that still prevent you from moving forward with your life. Utilizing various tools and techniques to help you to discover ways to heal your past hurts.
Persona Therapy - A systematic regression process of exploring your past to identify unmet developmental needs that are at the root cause of your insecurities or sideways behaviors today. Identify what personas you have created, and the needs your personas are trying to fill. So, you can create healthy ways to now fulfill those needs.
Subconscious Imprinting – A process of bypassing the HPA axis, which reacts to the perceived danger you are facing, or the emotional hijacking that is going on for you. Subconsciously reprograming the negative messages that you are telling yourself, or the issue to which you are reacting.
